European Star Award 2019

Save The Date: This year’s European Star Awards will be bestowed on the 16th September 2019 (Monday) – on the eve of the IAAPA Expo Europe, which will take place this year in Paris (from 17th to 19th September).
 
In addition to the prize-giving ceremony, the event also offers all winners and business friends the opportunity to spend the evening before the beginning of the expo in a relaxed atmosphere, in order to undertake the stressful trade fair period serenely. The event will take place in the new Parc Astérix Hotel “La Cité Suspendue”.     
 
We look forward to a very special evening at Parc Astérix, which this year is celebrating its 30-year anniversary as well as 60 years Astérix.
 
Parc Astérix is located not far from the Charles de Gaulle International Airport (15 km), and is also easy to reach from the expo location Porte de Versailles (45 km), as also the centre of Paris (35 km). 
 
Shuttle Service
Naturally we are once again offering a free shuttle transfer from the exhibition grounds Porte de Versailles and return.
 
EDUTour
One of the IAAPA organised EDUTours also takes place on the same day at Parc Astérix. Those who wish to risk taking a look behind the scenes can remain there directly after the end, and can take advantage of our shuttle bus service and use the busses for their return. The same also applies for all participants of the IAAPA Safety Institute, which also takes place at Parc Astérix, and will end punctually to the beginning of the Star Awards.
 
Hotel “La Cité Suspendue”
For all Star Award participants there is also the possibility of an exclusive overnight stay in the new 4-Star treehouse hotel. The following morning, guests will arrive punctually at the exhibition grounds with our shuttle-service, or follow individually. 
 
Non-profit Award
An important note on this occasion: The non-profit European Star Award has always been and remains independent! Until the end of July, this year’s jury of experts will be casting their votes. Apart from Coca-Cola as main sponsor, we will only make enquiries regarding an accompanying advertisement after the voting has taken place. This way we can guarantee that our friends, supporters and sponsors have absolutely (!) no influence on the results.
